Gorilla Tough Orthopedic Dog Crate Pad ( Army Tough Fabric!)
If your dog spends any time in a crate – and especially if they spend lots of time in there – your choice of crate pad becomes an investment of critical importance to both you and your dog.
Our Cordura® kennel and crate pads are extremely tough and have a proprietary backed coating which makes them water-resistant and great for outdoor use. The US armed forces use Cordura® in many different applications primarily because of its extreme durability, abrasion, and puncture resistance.
We manufacture these using a military-grade Velcro enclosure on the underside as well as a 268lb pull-strength zipper that keeps your dog from penetrating the foam. All our seams are triple-stitched to ensure the toughest kennel pad on the market. We also included a tie-down system that keeps your dog from flipping the pad over inside the kennel. All our crate and kennel pads come with a waterproof liner that is the best in the industry. Most messes and dirt can be wiped down with a damp cloth, but the cover and liner can also be washed when necessary. The foam pad is not washable.

Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam mattresses and crate pads are NOT. Orthopedic mattresses should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately and not with other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Liners should be washed unzipped and open to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum can also be used.

Well this Gorilla orthopedic crate pad was exactly what we were looking for. The fabric cover is made from a heavy duty material which my dog does not scratch at and keeps its structure very well. So far the cushioning has not shown any wear or compression. Bonus… it’s made in the USA! 🇺🇸

Amazing bedding! The materials are good quality and the craftsmanship excellent. The cover has a snug fit and the straps anchor it to the crate securely. It’s not a quick set up but well worth the effort. I have a two-year-old Belgian Malinois Pit mix and she’s got some serious choppers. She apparently didn’t like the feel of the material on her tongue. She made a few feeble attempts and stopped. The pad is good as gold!

In the 2 months we have had this bed it has paid for itself 10 times over. We originally purchased because our dog was chewing up every bed, blanket, or towel we tried to leave in her crate. The chewing stopped immediately once we got this bed, and it stands up against her tough paws when she makes herself comfortable. On top of being nearly indestructible, it has also stood up against at least a dozen washes. Our pup is currently experiencing some pretty bad stomach issues and we are unfortunately waking up most days to some sort of accident in her crate, but every morning we are able to quickly and easily shed the insert from the cover, throw the cover in the washing machine, have it air dry, and be all nice and clean again before that evening. I have even had to take the entire bed outside to hose down with the cover still on the insert, and when I got the soaking wet cover off the insert the insert was COMPLETEY dry. This bed is obviously a lot pricier than some of the cheaper bed options you can find at a pet store or on Amazon, so we were very hesitant to spend the money up front, but I can honestly say it has been one of the best purchases we have made since getting our dog. The team was also super quick and responsive when I had a question about shipping early on. I cannot recommend this brand and product enough!

I have (2) one year old German Shepherds who have destroyed everything I put in their crates from expensive “chew proof “ pads to blankets. I tried the gorilla pads a month ago and they still look brand new! My dogs gave it their best try to chew the pads but now they just sleep comfortably on them . VERY happy with my purchase!

Not one single crate mat has survived more than 48 hours with our German shepherd/husky mix… until now. This mat has been worth every penny so far. He can’t get it off the bottom of the crate to chew on it, he can’t tear it up. It’s been about 2 weeks and it still looks like what it did the day we got it. My dog has eaten every dog bed I have ever bought him however he loves this dog pad and won’t even attempt to eat it. He will use his paw to fluff it up, but causes no harm to the bed, lies down and falls asleep. When we are home, he is not required to stay in the crate (only when we are out of the house) However, he will voluntarily stay in the crate just to sleep on the dog bed.

I can’t believe how great this bed comes clean. I got this for kennel training our Chesapeake puppy, and she had an accident and it literally just wiped up like nothing with a microfiber cloth.
