Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

Our Doberman used to chew and become possessive of soft beds and blankets so we purchased this as a last resort and so far it’s been great. She can’t drag it out and she hasn’t tried to chew on it at all. Hopefully she continues to leave it be.

Our German Shepherd Luna absolutely loves her new Gorilla Ballistic Tough Orthopedic Dog Crate Pad! We purchased the Large because at 1yr old, she tips the scale at 84lbs and needs the space. We have a 50lb female boxer.. she has been crate trained since we got her. We always had one of those thin crate mats that she always ended up chewing and/or peeing on it. We purchased the crate pad with hopes that our 8 month old Rough Collie/Beagle would not chew it and destroy it. She had chewed every other attempt of a soft bed that we had previously put in her crate. To our surprise and relief, Luna absolutely loves her new crate pad!! We are very happy that she now has a soft and comfy place to relax and sleep. She sometimes scratches on the fabric but the fabric is very tough! No evidence that she has done any damage to it at all! We highly recommend this crate pad! One small word of advice, when you are measuring what size pad you need and before you order it, remove the tray in the bottom of your crate and measure the inside dimensions carefully. We thought the tray had to remain in the crate and measured the inside dimensions of the tray. We did not know it was recommended that the tray be removed from the crate when placing the pad inside. When the crate pad we custom ordered arrived, it was slightly too small for the crate but thankfully we made it work. Luna doesn’t know the difference…
