Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

Our Bully Hound has the obsessive persistence of a Coonhound, with the jaws of a Bulldog. When he woke up before me or my husband he would DESTROY the bedding in his crate. After purchasing the third crate pad for him to maul, and praying that he would grow out of it, we bought the Gorilla Ballistic Pad. He has not chewed it! We heard him scratching at it one morning, and then a whine of defeat. He hasn’t tried since. This thing survived our land shark, so I purchased one for his downstairs crate as well, which had no pad, because he would chew it as soon as we left the house. This pad is fantastic! I’m a fan.

These are AMAZING!!! Our Bernadoodle puppy had pushed out his crate tray several times and ended up cracking and wrecking it. We ordered this crate bottom and he was unable to do a thing to if. Didn’t budge it from the straps and not one scratch on it. So worth it! Very durable! Now that he isn’t in the crate he can use as a bed and we can take it anywhere 😀

we have tried a number of other crate pads and beds for our 9 month old, 90 lb, Anatolian Shepherd puppy and he has chewed through everything in days, sometimes hours, and for one poor mat, minutes. We’ve had this crate pad for a week and he’s tried digging in it, chewing it and it’s not only stood the test, there’s not a mark on it. My dad always told me that you get what you pay for. However, with all the crap made in China these days it’s very hard to find high quality products that are made in the USA. He has used Gorilla Dog bed products for several years and talks very highly about them. I decided to give this crate pad a try. I have a very anxious and high energy Lab that tore up every bed and crate pad I have ever purchased for him. I was certain that this would just be another purchase that would be thrown in the garbage after an hour. I took the plastic tray out of the crate as suggested and secured the pad form the bottom with very strong straps they provide with the pad. I left the house expecting to come back to material and foam everywhere but to my surprise it was intact and my dog looked and felt more relaxed and comfortable then I have ever seen him in his crate. The Gorilla Pad has been going strong for about 7 months now and I love the fact that it’s the last crate pad I will ever have to buy. A superb product that is made in America. In this case you really do get quality and what you are paying for.
