Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

This is the third bed I’ve ordered (3 different dogs, 3 different crates) and I can’t imagine ordering beds anywhere else. The beds fit perfectly and have all survived 3 super aggressive bed chewers. The velcro straps keep the beds in place no matter what my monsters do, which I love. I also love the velcro reinforced zipper and all the other thoughtful touches. Back in September, I purchased a crate pad for my two labrador puppies. They have managed to chew through lights, sprinklers, barbeque cover, blankets, etc… I decided to splurge on this in the hopes that it would last a while. I am pleased to announce that the crate pad is still in one piece. Our youngest pup has tried scratching, clawing, biting, chewing, etc… and not a scratch on it, so we’re buying a second one. My ECS was eating the dog beds and moving them around in his crate. On the ceiling and side of crate. He would go under the crate pad and sleep with it on top of himself. This pad stopped all that nonsense and we all sleep better!

Tie downs make the corners less likely to be targeted and he can’t scratch through it. Seems to be tough. The only thing I didn’t think about is that the mattress is thick enough that the crate doesn’t tear down flat for travel now without taking it out

We bought 2 of these beds; one for our senior dog and one for our 1 year old puppy. Senior dog seems super comfy, and has no trouble getting up (compared to softer foam beds). Puppy has also taken to the bed and lies down as soon as she enters the kennel (usually). The puppy has also tried to scratch and likes to chew on stuff, and so far there are no marks (she can’t get any purchase with her nails or teeth). These beds are expensive, but worth it for the peace of mind. So far so good!
