Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

I ordered this bed for our now 6 month old GSP pup that has an obsession with zippers. He’s ruined the zipper on three beds up to this point. I was a little skeptical about ordering another bed that had a zipper but this one was way more hidden/protected than any of the other beds that he’s had. It’s been not quite a month of using the bed and he hasn’t done anything to it. It fits his crate perfectly and it very secure with the tie down straps. He can’t access the zipper so that’s a huge plus. He also enjoys laying on it since it’s super comfortable. Overall amazing quality bed that’s made to last.

My 8 month corgi had destroyed every bed I provided her with just to rip the stuffing from them. She would find a little thread and was relentless at pulling at it until she had the bed destroyed. I took a chance and ordered the Gorilla crate pad because it was advertised as “Indestructible”. So far I am pleased beyond belief. She scratched at the pad a bit in the beginning but lost interest. She loves sleeping on the pad at night and even every once in awhile during the day if tired. I will be purchasing a nesting bed next.
