Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

So happy with the quality of this crate pad. It’s actually more like a mattress with the support and comfort it provides. My Beaglier sisters are notorious chewers. Every bed, pad, toy, toy box they’ve, had, plus sticks, branches, bushes, furniture, trim work, deck and steps. They have not been able to chew this crate pad and often just lay on it to rest after chewing everything else they see.

Very good quality product. My 5-month Yorkshire dog got immediately used to his new Gorilla bed. I purchased the 24 inches bed that perfectly fits his crate. I don’t have to worry about my dog shewing his bed anymore when leaving him alone in his crate. Before getting the Gorilla bed, I had to change 3 beds as my dog chew on them.

I have two boston terriers that, in the past, have torn/chewed up every bed they have had. even those advertised as ” tough”, “chew proof”, and “indestructible”. but i THINK they have finally met their match. they’ve had them for about 3 weeks so far they are still in perfect condition. and oddly enough i haven’t even seen them digging at the beds, its like they KNOW it would be futile!! :-)

The crate bed that i received is great my dog does not try to chew on it and she goes in her kennel at times now when she is not even going to be kenneled up I would suggest getting a Gorilla crate pad for your kennel.

It was very hard to get the mat inside with no zipper just Velcro. I put it together and placed it in her create and she went right over and peed on it well I found out it’s just as hard to take apart as it is not put together
