Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

I bought a couple crate pads on Amazon that said they were chew-proof. My 5 month old German Shepherd puppy met the challenge and proved them wrong. I have had the Gorilla crate pad in her crate for about a month now and it still looks new. Thanks for a great product!

We have 2 Akita’s they throw the crate pads around the living room play tug of war with them so I decided to get 2 of the smallest size you have to use as a toy because they destroy every toy I have ever bought for them. They chew them play toss and tug of war not a scratch on them. Please make toys out of the ballistic material they and other digs would love them. This is the best company for dog beds. I am so glad I found Gorilla! We have three large Dobermans who love to dig into their beds to fluff it up before settling. Nothing lasted. We tried one bed and bought five soon after to have in various spots in the house. They’ve done their digging but they have not been able to shred a stitch!

So far so good! My Great Dane went through 3 beds in 3 months. The Gorilla crate pad was created brilliantly with access to the inserted pad on the bottom instead of the side! The zipper was heavy duty with Velcro that is so sturdy I was struggling to get the zipper closed before sealing the Velcro that covered the zipper. The straps securing the pad to the crate from the bottom is excellent! The only tough part for my girl is getting used to the cover not being fuzzy and cozy but that’s the price to pay when you destroy all previous beds! Pretty sure this will be my last “new” bed I have to buy!!

My dog has a bad habit of chewing a hole in her bed and eating the stuffing, always overnight, and always in the summer. This last time, much earlier in the year than normal she apparently ate a lot more stuffing than normal and scared me. I thought surgery was in our future. The knucklehead has a Gorilla bed now, and I have a calendar reminder set to update this review next year. Here’s hoping that it’s intact, and she’s making better choices. The bed arrived very fast, did not need time to offgas, and is squishy and comfortable for her. Overall, for now, it seems like a good investment.
