Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

I’ve gone through many pads for my dogs, and I was a little skeptical of these because of the price. But let me tell ya, these things are indestructible, easy to clean, and comfortable for the dogs. I’ve got 2 now, and may but more!

So my extremely aggressive chewer (terrier/heeler/pit mix) has destroyed 4 plastic crate trays, tore and shredded a comforter, blankets, crate pads, KONG beds pads, ANYTHING that goes in her crate. Had bowel obstruction surgery….all before reaching the age of 1. Needless to say, finding something suitable she would NOT destroy was a mission for her healthy and safety. I came across this bed and though the cost is high I saw the reviews and guarantee and thought I’d give it a shot. I couldn’t be happier!!!!! She has a comfortable cushion to lay on AND she hasn’t destroyed it. The tie downs are imperative!!!!! Sturdy construction. No signs of chewing, scratching, digging, which I’m sure she has done. Fingers crossed this is it!!!

We bought the crate pad about two and a half months ago. The dogs have tried to tear it up but have been unable to so far. This is already much better than any other bed or pad we have tried including the Kong brand. We have since ordered two extra large dog beds which are doing equally as well. We have two 60-70 lb year old bull dogs. If they could destroy the beds ,they definitely would have by now.

We have been so pleased with the durability of our new Gorilla Ballistic™ Kennel & Crate Pad. It has held up to the challenge of our 100 pound puppy with no issues. Our pup is almost housebroken but not 100% and the crate pad is easily cleaned. While I normally do not spend this much on our 5 dogs beds, this is so well worth it. Way to go Gorilla!!! I plan on buying more. Your product is amazing.
