Plush Pup Tough Round Nesting Dog Bed featuring Cordura®
Plush Pup featuring Cordura® nesting beds are made from the softest material available for your high-end dog. This ultra-luxurious feel is as soft as it gets and is backed with a special material that adds loft and eliminates stretch while adding excellent durability and strength. Made from 100% breathable polyester fibers, it resists dirt, odor, mildew, stains, and is machine washable. The sides and bottom portion of the bed are composed of Cordura® fabric which is commonly used in military applications for its durability. Plush Pup Cordura® nesting beds are triple-stitched for added strength. We are the only dog bed company that uses a true triple-stitched seam for incredible strength. This bed is luxurious, tough, durable, and is the most comfortable surface possible for your pampered pooch.
Our inner nesting cushion is made of a very tough, breathable, and densely woven material. It is much stronger than the mesh materials used by other dog bed manufacturers and does not snag on Velcro. Our nesting mattress is made to last and has special inner chambers that prevent the polyester fill from clumping while maintaining the bed’s shape. Air can circulate through the nesting mattress which keeps it fresh and resistant to mildew and other odors. We use more fill than other bed companies to ensure that your dog has the best possible support and comfort. Both the top cover and inner cushion are machine washable.

Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam mattresses and crate pads are NOT. Orthopedic mattresses should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately and not with other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Liners should be washed unzipped and open to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum can also be used.

I know that the Plush Pup bed does not include the chew proof guarantee. However Leyna (mini dachshund) immediately attacked it with chewing and digging. Making no progress in destroying the bed, she went to sleep on it. It is her favorite place to nap. It is a very well made, and tough bed. :)

I have a Great Pyrenees puppy that chewed through every bed I tried even ones that looked tough to do so with. There was something in them that just made her persist till it was destroyed. Enter the Gorilla Beds has not once tried to destroy them. She loves them I bought the large round and after opening it was like this is huge way to big but kept it. I am glad I did. It’s comfy and to encourage her on it the first time it’s big enough you can sit with her on it. I have bought the small the medium rounds as well for my other dogs and they love them as well. However size does not seem to matter to the. They switch around and use them all. The cats I have even love them. Will often times see a dog and cat on the larger together very cute. I will say the kennel pad covering is amazing at urine repelling we have had a few instances when I found a puddle of P but it was just sitting on top nothing seem to have soaked in making cleaning up amazing. Well worth every dollar

The bed ripped in the middle within two days of having it. I emailed and was told they wouldn’t do anything about it because this was not a chew proof bed. The rip was not from chewing but from a defect in the material. When I responded pointing that out Gorilla Beds immediately responded and sent a new cover. I was disappointed in their initial response. It seemed as though a very expensive bed was poor quality or had a defect and they were not standing by the product. They turned the experience around when I questioned further. I appreciate the second response being quick and fixing the problem. My dogs love the bed. It is big enough for my German Shepherd and greyhound to both cuddle in together.

The dog however is still thinking about it. Mixed pitty weighs 65#. He went right to it and plopped down and seemed to be happy, but the fill is very stiff and he isn’t sure he likes that. Am sure it will soften with time and for now the cover material is very durable and I am hopeful it will last more than a month!! Vacuum’s up very nicely so don’t have to wash quite as often.

Our GSD usually sleeps sprawled out on flatter beds but she immediately (like within a minute of putting the bed in front of her) took to this nesting bed and now curls up into a tight ball all the time. She seems pretty comfortable and the quality is good.

Our dog is a digger. She has destroyed multiple beds – tearing covers, pulling apart zippers, and destroying the foam stuffing. She’ll often flip a bed over, drag it around, and dig at the bottom of the bed. She still digs on this one, but so far no damage at all. And she seems to find it very comfortable. (So does the cat.)

My new to me 11 month old puppy had/has a chewing fetish. This Plush Pup Nesting Bed has been the best thing ever. She did chew the tag off in two days, but has done no damage to the bed. I am going to order a crate pad in the next few days, also.
