Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

The Gorilla crate pad is amazing. I have a chew up everything in his path Rott Pei puppy. He scratches and chews at the pad like crazy and the pad is still like new. In addition the bed is super easy to wipe off and keep clean. Now my pup now loves to hang out in his crate to relax and sleep. Thank you Gorilla Dog Beds

We have two dogs, ages 13 & 11 months. Both are moderate chewers. They are crate trained, and each has its own 36” x 24” crate. They sleep in them from 9pm until 6:30am. We began using the Gorilla Dog Beds about three weeks ago. So far there have been no problems of any kind. I do not put anything in their crates except a Kong with 8 small pieces of kibble as a goodnight treat. The dogs do not mind the absence of towels, blankets, etc. Nor do we. At this point I’m very comfortable recommending this product, and company.

I have a 1 year old lab that is a heavy chewer. He doesn’t chew things he isn’t suppose to but the toys I buy him that are “tuff” he destroys in minutes. Anyway this bed is the 3rd one I have bought and it is the best one so far. The actual pad is a little difficult to get in and out of the protective cover but it’s good solid quality so it’s worth the struggle. Also I noticed that my dogs hair doesn’t stick to the pad cover. So there is no need to shake and beat the hair off of it. I am happy with it and our lab seems comfortable on it.

This is my second gorilla crate pad. We needed another one for our cabin on the river. So, I bought a new pad for home and took my first one to our cabin. Our original pad is still in great shape and is still holding up with my dog who thinks he has to dig at his bed. It is fairly easy to take apart when the bag needs to be washed. The combination of the strap system to affix the bed to the crate and the tightly woven waterproof material makes this bed ideal for dogs that end up destroying their bed no matter what toys or entertainment is in their crate. So far, so good! My 7 month old (50 lb male) labradoodle is perfect, umm not so perfect! He shredded every bed, towel, and blanket I put in his crate (steel jail), until now. He has separation anxiety and is not fond of the crate during the day when I have human things I need to leave for, even for short periods of time. He has yet to make a scratch on the Gorilla pad! This pup is very strong and very capable, yet he met his match with this pad!
