Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

Initially I had my doubts that any bed would hold up to my crazy 4-leggers! Has held up for nearly a month when nothing else has lasted two days! Neither my dog nor my pot belly pig can destroy it! Great product and will definitely buy again!

So I was a little concerned when my pit was able to tear the cover in the first few days. I got the replacement cover and put it on top of the torn on to double up in most spots and my pup at that point had given up trying to tear it. Since the new cover has been on it’s been perfect.

So, we have two labs, one is 1.5 years and the second is 7 months old. They are named Augustus and Woodrow (I’m a Lonesome Dove fan). They are great dogs but have chewed through every crate mat we have tried, until now. Not only do they not chew it, they both love their beds. I have always had to fight with Gus at bed time, but not now. He happily goes to his crate to go to bed. I would like to say that the mats are tough and chew proof, but honestly I don’t know. They each mouthed at their mats a little the first night, but they quickly gave up and have been enjoying their beds every since. It has been well worth the purchase. Thank you!

I’ve been through many crate pads (cheap and expensive) with none being able to withstand the persistent chewing of my dog. The problem which I identified but was not able to find a vendor that provided the solution is the ability to tie down the crate pad to the actual crate itself preventing my dog from getting his full bite onto the pad. This pad so far is perfect. From the tie downs to the material to the craftsmanship of the stitching and zippers, this is finally a crate pad meeting expectations of what I paid for and what is being described as chew resistant!

My doberman mix pup shredded her last two(pet store purchased) dog beds, so I decided to invest in a Gorilla Dog Bed when I saw an ad in a pet magazine. It has been about three weeks, and so far she has tried to scratch up this bed, but she has been unsuccessful to put so much as a mark on it. I used all six ties for the bed, and she hasn’t been able to chew the edge of the bed or pull it up or flip it. The waterproof lining is one of the best things, because when your puppy has an accident, you only have to wash the cover. ***This has nothing to do with how my puppy treats the bed, but the customer service here is FANTASTIC! There was a shipping snafu, and the staff called me within 15 minutes of my email inquiry,and resolved the issue in less than 24 hours. They are SUPER customer and pet oriented.

I’ve had the bed for a couple of weeks now and it seems to withstand the abuse my beagle puppy has put other beds through. My puppy like to dig in her beds before laying down and when left alone she can get destructive even with her chew toys in with her and this bed has lasted.
