Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

So I have a an odd shape crate and needed something tough. Searched for days and did a lot of research and had a very good feeling about Gorilla Dog Beds. The only issue was that I could not find the sizer that I was looking for. I decided to give them a call a was very surprised that they could make the size I needed and even customized where I wanted the tie down points. NO other dog bed company will do this. They made it very easy and it did not cost me anything extra. I have now had this pad for over two months and it holding up to a very aggressive digger. This pad is simply the best you can find and this company has customer service like I have never experienced before. I only with there more companies operating the way this one does.The only place I will ever buy a dog bed in the future. Thanks again.

I have tried them all and nothing has held up to my chewer we call the shark. I decided on one last attempt and have heard good things about Gorilla Dog Beds form a friend who has had success with several of their products. Considering that this has held up so far at about a month I am very pleased. My dog has focused on one of the corners and was eventually able to lift it up once he managed to chew on of the ties that holds the pads down. There is a small hole that he made in the corner but it has not spread. I called customer service and they offered to send me some extra ties free of charge. The customer service was outstanding and the overall quality of this product is great. The best chance and product you got out there as far as chew proof..

Our rescue German Shepherd has eaten countless beds, toys, crate mats and crates! I finally came across Gorilla Beds and figured with their warranty, what did I have to lose? This has been the best crate mat so far! He hasn’t been able to rip it, much less eat it! My only issue is that he was able to pull, dig and bite enough to get to the straps that secure the mat and tore them to shreds. They didn’t seem to be made of the same military grade velcro that covers the zipper. But, that wouldn’t stop me from purchasing this mat!
