Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

My dog has destroyed every other bed he had until this one. Like the old Fram oil filter commercial – you can pay me now or pay me later. Expensive but only need to buy one!

My young lab went through 5 beds before I found gorilla bed. Every morning when I would come in she would have destroyed the bed in her crate. She is crazy! I ordered the wrong size bed, too big, and realized my mistake when I got it out of the box. I immediately called gorilla beds they said to send it back and they would custom make my size for no charge. They also said they would make it out of a small standard size bed so they would refund me $40. I had ordered a medium bed. They sent me an ra label and I sent it back. They refunded my $40 and a week later I received the bed which fit perfectly in my dogs crate. She hasn’t chewed it up yet and it’s been two weeks. Highly recommend this company!!!

Sorry to say, my 1 year old Malinois beat the Gorilla. I am getting a replacement cover as per the grreat warranty. Very fast response by the way. Maybe when she grows up a little I will try again. The cover is made of a very tough fabric but her sharp teeth and her will to destroy was too much for it. Of course she can also go through a 2×4 in a couple of days. I still think it is a good product but maybe not for her.

We wanted peace of mind that our German Shepherd puppy couldn’t destroy and eat her bed. She seems to approve, sleeps on it every night and the bed has no visible damage. Haven’t seen her really try to destroy it after we dissuaded her initially, but again it gave us peace of mind because of its durable construction and great warranty.

Very well made bed. My 1 year old crazy boxer shredded several crate liners and the Kong crate liner was apart in one hour. I was afraid of him eating the stuffing and material and having an expensive vet visit. I also didn’t want him laying on the plastic bottom of the crate. So far so good.
