Gorilla Ballistic 125-day Replacement Warranty
Although all our dog beds and kennel pads feature the most durable materials, our 125-day chew-proof warranty is for our Gorilla Ballistic line of dog beds and Kennel pads only. If your dog chews through the cover, we will send out one replacement bed cover free of charge. It’s a one-time warranty that does not include the mattress or a refund of the product. This warranty is good for 125 days after you receive your package. Please note, embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day chew warranty. If you notice any chewing damage, we recommend removing the bed from your dog. You want to make sure your dog does not eat the bedding. Reintroduce the bed after receiving your replacement cover. If your dog has a history of destroying and possibly ingesting objects, supervision is recommended.
Embroidery is NOT covered under the 125-day Chew Proof Warranty.
Washing & Maintenance Instructions
All Gorilla Dog Bed covers, kennel covers, and liners are machine washable. Our nesting poly-fill mattresses are also washable, but all our foam orthopedic mattresses are NOT. Orthopedic beds should be exposed to fresh air when needed. Our covers and liners should be washed separately from any other laundry. Close the Velcro cover completely before washing. Wash in cold water and a delicate cycle. Wash liners unzipped and opened to allow air to escape. We do not recommend heat drying for any of our products. Air drying will ensure the longevity of the covers and liners. For easy cleaning and spot treatment, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe off stains, dirt, or hair. An upholstery attachment for your vacuum is also useful.

I get my puppy in a month so haven’t been able to test it with them yet but so far I really like it. It fits my crate perfectly and is designed really well. Came with simple to understand instructions and pictures for using the tie downs to attach it to the crate. I like that they offer some customizable colors to choose from

After going through several dog beds that my dog destroyed, I purchased a Gorilla Ballistic Kennel & Crate Pad. I was skeptical at first but boy was I wrong. This bed is constructed well and virtually indestructible. I am totally satisfied with your produce and give it my highest recommendation to any one that has a dog that loves to chew. We’ve purchased two crate pads and a large orthopedic mattress for our dogs. One crate pad came with a foam pad that was not as firm as the others. With just a phone call and a few pictures a replacement was sent out. Easy. All of our dogs are very happy with the new beds. Even our “chewer” lost interest in even trying to chew on them after just a couple of feeble attempts over the first few days. The create tie downs help keep the temptation to chew on the corners in check. As other reviews have noted, we’ve had a couple tie downs break. This is likely to how tight we strapped them in, that there is about a 1/4 inch gap between the beds and the wire crates, and our dog may have been able to paw or nibble at the plastic edge when it rotated into the crate. We adjusted how we strapped the bed in and haven’t had any problems since!

I have to say I am thoroughly impressed and feel reassured having this crate bed for our Bernese Mountain Dog to keep him safe / comfortable. When the bed arrived it was packaged minimally which is appreciated and washed the covers as instructed. After I assembled the dog bed I laid on it on our hardwood floor and being 145lbs I was VERY COMFORTABLE. The product is thought out so well from the zipper being strong, placed under the bed itself (not on the side), covered by a thick /strong/ durable velcro, triple stitched corners and the fact it’s water proof but it still keeps our BMD cool. I 100% recommend this product. Thank you so much to this company for creating a product I wish existed so long ago. ❤️
